We take each machine apart, degrease all parts, and then reassemble the machine providing proper lubrication and adjustment for all subassemblies. We take pride in rebuilding each machine so that it performs like it did in the good old days when it was in daily operation making a daily income for its owner.
We do not sell reproductions, remanufactured machines, replications, machines allegedly made with original dies, machines painted in black gloss enamel, or anything else purported to be a 1948 original Golden Nugget antique slot machine. The original Golden Nugget Casino had about 200 machines, which were converted from Mills Half-tops, like the Black Cherry and the Golden Falls. Most of these machines are in the hands of private collectors and are highly sought after. We purchased some of the Golden Nugget’s remaining inventory, which they had stored for the last 20 years. All of the original machines had metal trim around the front base and the sides. It would be hard to imagine that there are so many people selling Authentic 1948 slot machines, in every color of the rainbow, and they can get you all you want. Antiques are hard to find. Reproductions can be found in unlimited quantities. BUYER BEWARE! Most of the reproductions, or any other misleading name people choose to call them, are just copies of the original which will NEVER run as smoothly or reliably as a good original.
