Company Profile:
Our company has specialized in the sale and repair of slot machines for
over 22 years. The owner of the company is a nationally known collector and
dealer of antique slot machines. We offer a 7 day return privilege on all
machines sold (Customer is responsible for shipping charges only: there is
never a restocking fee.) We have sold thousands of slot machines and have
never had a return to date. All machines are tested by the owner of the company
for proper operation before the machines are shipped. We are not a mass marketer
of generic slot machines. We do our own repairs and stock thousands of parts
to provide quality and timely repairs should the need for repair occur.

Warranty:
All mechanical (antique) slot machines come with a full ONE YEAR warranty
covering all parts and labor. Transportation charges are additional.
All electric machines come with a full ONE YEAR warranty for parts (excluding
light bulbs and fuses) and 90 DAYS for labor. All shipping costs are the responsibility
of the buyer.
Payment:
We accept Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards, and PayPal
for immediate shipment. We also accept personal and Business checks, and hold
shipments for 14 days to allow for the checks to clear.
We accept MasterCard and VISA and would like you to contact us by telephone
or fax to provide secure processing of your credit card.
We also accept PayPal which is a convenient way to send money by email. It
is a very safe, reliable, and easy to use service. It takes only minutes to
sign up.
Repairs and Restorations:
We will repair or restore your slot machine for you. We will
treat it as if it were our own treasured heirloom. Please email a photo or
phone us for a free estimate.
Most repairs are completed in less than 3 weeks. Restorations usually take
3-6 months to complete.
Trades:
We will consider all trades. We will take your broken or non-working slot machine in trade for a freshly refurbished machine. We will take your old mechanical slot machine in trade for a newer, more exciting, electric slot machine. Contact us for details.
Appraisals:
Our company can provide you with a written appraisal. This can be used for
insurance purposes, or to assist you in determining the current market value
of a machine you are planning to sell. You would never sell your home before
getting a professional appraisal, and you should not consider selling your
slot machine without a written appraisal either. There is a small fee for
this service, and in many cases the fee is even refundable. You will receive
a written appraisal on our corporate letterhead, which includes a description
of your machine, its rarity, market value, and a photo.
